Had an AC unit and furnace replaced. We really needed it. Crew was punctual, professional and did a great job....in ONE DAY! Cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company anytime.
I called Ross Williamson heating and cooling in Wayne a week ago, I asked the woman do you guys Bill I won't have money for the service till next week. She says yes we can bill. The repairman calls today to say he is on his way then says " now she told you it would be 90.10 today right ? " when I said no and told her what she had said he called them and called me back and stated that he couldn't come unless they had the money today. I consider this to be dishonest stating one thing and then doing another. I will never take my business there again.
